Annual Business Outlook Survey
This year marks the twenty-second year the Engineered Wood Technology Association has sent an annual Business Outlook survey to EWTA members. The web-based survey is posed with questions designed to capture EWTA members’ perception of growth, company employment levels and other business-related issues. A link to the 2023 version was sent to current members. The anonymous survey results will be summarized and featured in the Spring Engineered Wood Journal. Contact LaDauna Wilson if you did not receive the link and would like to contribute.

Upcoming Spring EWTA Advisory Committee Meeting
Preparations are underway for EWTA’s Spring Advisory Committee Meeting. It will be held in conjunction with the 2023 International Mass Timber Conference, scheduled for March 27-29 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon. The Advisory Committee will meet at the Hyatt Regency Portland on Monday, March 27 from 2-3:30 p.m.
In the coming weeks, advisory committee members will be notified via email with additional details. All EWTA and APA members are welcome. If you are interested in attending, contact LaDauna Wilson.

Spring Engineered Wood Journal Deadlines
The Engineered Wood Journal’s 2023 spring issue is on schedule for distribution in early April. The Journal covers a wide range of subjects of interest to the engineered wood products industry. This issue includes highlights from the 2022 APA Annual Meeting and EWTA Info Fair, a summary of EWTA members’ annual business outlook, an updated 2023 EWTA Membership Directory and other association and industry news.
The deadline for editorial articles and ad placement is Feb. 14. Writer’s guidelines and a 2023 media kit is available on the EWTA website. The media kit lists all key advertising and editorial deadline dates as well as 2023 rates for display advertising in the biannual digital magazine.

 Save the Date Info Fair 2023
This year, Info Fair is slated for Oct. 14-17 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, CA. Sponsorship opportunities and event details will be announced in April.
